"The mission of the AGC of Wisconsin is to provide services of the highest quality and value to its members to preserve and improve skill, responsibility, and integrity in the industry. The AGC of Wisconsin recognizes that the membership - general contractors, specialty contractors and associates - is the most important asset of the organization. The highly satisfied chapter member is our most important goal."
The AGC of Wisconsin's strength and value come from a variety of sources:
The AGC of Wisconsin's strength as an organization lies in its membership. The chapter represents over 275 members that include: large and small general and specialty contractors; union and open shop general and specialty contractors; members working in a variety of markets; and industry related companies. This diversity provides our organization with credibility at the Capitol and with industry stakeholders.
Our strategic plan strongly demonstrates that AGC of Wisconsin is dedicated to serving our members throughout the state by focusing on the issues that will impact the future of Wisconsin's construction industry. Issues such as workforce development, industry influence and representation, and statewide access to AGC's professional services are keys to ensuring a positive business climate for commercial construction.
