Today, more Owners and Architects are requesting that the General Contractor give their presentations with the staff members who will work on the projects. This includes the Superintendent, Foreman and Field Leaders. Our construction supervisors are excellent at managing projects, delivering them on-time and within budget. However, many of them have a difficult time when it comes to speaking in public.
This one-day course is intended solely for the hard-working construction supervisor who wishes to become more confident with public speaking and giving presentations. In this class, the attendee will learn:

Instructor - Mark Rounds
Mark is an Assistant Professor for the Milwaukee School of Engineering in the Civil/Architectural Engineering & Construction Management department. He recently started teaching the next generation of construction professionals after a 40-year career in the construction industry. Prior to teaching, he worked as a general contractor holding positions of laborer, superintendent, project engineer, estimator, senior project manager, and vice president. His project experience includes Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Retail, Water and Wastewater Treatment, Bridges and Heavy Construction. He has worked in several markets including Wisconsin, Illinois, Colorado, Arizona, Virginia, Florida, and the Carolinas.
Mark is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Madison in Civil and Environmental Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin. He received the Daily Reporter’s Educator of the Year award in 2018 for his work teaching in the construction industry.
