Through an on-staff attorney, the AGC of Wisconsin provides legal services to members and the association's multi-employer collective bargaining unit.
AGC of Wisconsin members are encouraged to contact the association's General Counsel for advice on contracts, liens, employment, labor, public bidding, insurance, and any other legal issue that arises in the course of business.
The AGC of Wisconsin multi-employer bargaining unit negotiates and administers collective bargaining agreements with six basic trades, and manages related fringe benefit funds with the support of the General Counsel.
