Professional Conduct & Ethics for Engineers

Towards Ethical Practice: Professional Conduct & Ethics for Engineers

 New Dates Coming Soon
Ethical situations are all around us and, when faced with them, most people act and behave ethically. As engineering and construction professionals, we need to be aware of how these situations emerge.  The goal of this 2-hour session is not to make anyone ethical, but rather heighten our awareness of ethics, ethical situations, and how we might want to respond.  Case studies will be used to highlight practical situations and engage the attendees.  By the end of the session, participants will be able to define ethics, identify ethical situations and dilemmas, and consider practices to address ethical situations.
