In 2023, the AGC of Wisconsin embarked on the process of developing a new strategic plan for the next five (5) years starting in 2024. With the guidance of the General Board of Directors and Executive Staff, the new strategic plan was created to provide clarity around the association's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
