Sign up today for this initial 8-hour course to comply with the EPA's Renovation, Repair & Painting (RRP) rule, which in Wisconsin is referred to as the Lead Safe Renovator rule. This education is mandated nationwide for painters, remodelers (including general remodelers, siders, window installers, wood floor sanders, and all their subcontractors) and property managers who renovate pre-1978 housing or child-occupied buildings.
Completing this course will earn students 8 credits toward their Dwelling Contractor Qualifier, Master Plumber, or Master Electrician licenses from WI's Department of Safety & Professional Services, as well as CEUs from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). What's more, this course satisfies training requirements for the Lead Safe Housing Rule from the U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).
Lunch IS INCLUDED with this course, and veterans completing this course may be eligible for a one-time $50 fee waiver from WI's Department of Health Services (DHS).
