The AGC Skill Integrity Responsibility Council, Inc. (SIR Council) is an advocacy organization working to educate and inform Wisconsin residents about the construction industry’s perspective on issues that affect our economic development and job growth. Through public communications and research, the AGC SIR Council promotes and encourages action on its public policy agenda.
Workforce Development - Promoting the construction industry as a great career choice to potential workers, students, teachers and parents.
Education - Funding educational programs that support the construction industry such as Wisconsin’s Construction Career Academies.
Economic Development - Promote the value and high quality of construction and construction workers in Wisconsin to businesses looking to expand or relocate here.
