All applications must include a letter of endorsement and financial commitment from their employer. Applicants will be notified of their selection status no later than July 14, 2025.

“Leadership AGC has opened my mind to many different training sessions that I may have never experienced. It has been a great way to learn about other construction firms in the area and to network with them. I hope to use what I have learned to grow within my organization and help others as well.”
- Aaron Bizub, Faith Technologies

“The Leadership AGC program is an excellent tool to help build the complete skill set needed to be a future leader in the construction industry.  Being able to participate with your peers in a positive and open manner, is great for gaining  perspective on the industry outside of your own viewpoint.”
– Steve Stumbris, North American Mechanical, Inc.
